Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
