The Direction-Plus™ ProVent® Oil Separator Kit is engineered specifically for the Toyota LandCruiser 70 Series V8 turbo diesel. It’s designed to significantly reduce the amount of oil entering the intake via crankcase blow-by — a common problem in EGR-equipped engines.

Why You Need It

Modern diesel engines are prone to performance issues caused by exhaust gas recirculation (EGR). When oil vapour from the crankcase ventilation system mixes with exhaust particles, it creates a sticky sludge that clogs intake manifolds and valves, leading to poor performance and potential engine failure.

How ProVent® Works

The ProVent® system separates oil from the blow-by gases and redirects clean air back to the intake. It also provides the option to return the captured oil to the sump, depending on your configuration.
