The Direction Plusā¢ ProVentĀ® Oil Separator and Fuel Manager Kit is designed specifically for the Ford Ranger 2.2L and 3.2L diesel engines. This upgraded kit features the PV200 oil separator to significantly reduce oil entering the engine through blow-by gases in the crankcase ventilation system.
Modern diesel engines with Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) systems route a portion of exhaust gases back into the engine, which combined with crankcase oil leads to build-up in inlet manifolds and valves. This build-up reduces engine performance and can cause engine failure.
The Direction Plusā¢ ProVentĀ® system separates and redirects oil and air from blow-by gases, helping to maintain optimal engine function and performance. It also offers the option to return separated oil back to the sump.
